At Weaver Leather Supply, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm your item's eligibility.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier to our returns department address.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
